Local Pilot Angel Flight Hero!
On September 14, 2007 Frank Gulledge was honored for his selfless giving of his time and aircraft for providing free travel to persons in need of medical care. Angel Flight Kentucky recognized Frank as the 2006 Pilot of the Year. This is the second year in a row he has received this award. In addition, Frank was also honored as Angel Flight Mid-Atlantic 2006 Pilot of the Year! The region covers the District of Columbia, Delaware, Kentucky, Ohio, Maryland, Michigan, Virginia, West Virginia and parts of Pennsylvania.
